Delete my account

Open the FormBase app → You tab → Settings (gear icon) → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, programs, workout logs, body flags, trainer listing (if any), coaching relationships, and your authentication record. Some Firebase backups persist for up to 30 days as part of disaster recovery before being purged.

If you can't access the app, email support.formbaselabs@gmail.com from the account email and we'll process the deletion.

Get a copy of my data

Email support.formbaselabs@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Data export request." We'll send you a JSON export within 30 days.

Disconnect Strava

Open the FormBase app → You tab → Settings (gear icon) → Integrations → Strava → Disconnect. This calls Strava's deauthorize endpoint and clears the stored tokens from our database. Existing imported runs stay in your history unless you also ask us to purge them.

You can also revoke FormBase from your Strava authorized apps page directly.

Report a trainer

In the trainer marketplace, open the trainer's profile and tap the menu (•••) → Report. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing the content and ejecting the user where appropriate. You can also email support.formbaselabs@gmail.com for urgent cases.

Lost access to my account

If you signed in with Apple or Google, recover the underlying account with Apple / Google first, then sign back into FormBase. If you signed in with email, use Forgot Password from the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email us.
