FormBase is an adaptive iOS training app for athletes who lift AND run. You build a program once, send it to your client, and the engine handles the day-to-day weight progression, zone updates, and body-flag adjustments. You stay focused on the strategic call, not on logging for them.
Bio, headline, specialties, hourly rate, modalities, optional photo. Toggle public or hidden any time. Athletes browse and request you.
Build full multi-phase programs in the same editor athletes use. Save as drafts per client, send when ready.
Filterable client list by status, modality, at-risk flag. Per-client dashboard with adherence, weight changes, Strength Score, run zones, Hyrox projection.
Your CRM dashboard is empty until the athlete flips "Share training data" on. They control it, can revoke any time.
Settings → Account → Switch to trainer. You can switch back any time.
Name, headline, photo, specialties, modalities, optional hourly rate. Hidden while you tweak, listed when ready.
They browse the marketplace, find you, send a coaching request. You see a "Pending" chip in your Clients tab.
Draft a program for the client in the editor. Send it as an assignment when it's ready.
It lands in their library. If they enable the share-data toggle, their adherence and adaptations show up in your CRM.
You're an independent coach. Your relationship with the athlete is yours; we don't broker, mediate, or take a cut.
Payment and scheduling happen off-platform via whatever you use today (Stripe, Venmo, bank, cash).
We don't verify credentials. The listing is your honest representation; misrepresenting credentials is a Terms violation that can get you removed.
We're not promising it stays free forever (taking a thin marketplace fee at scale is plausible) but the current commitment is: no fees, no payment-processing markup, no listing fees.
Most coaching apps assume the trainer always sees everything. FormBase inverts that:
This is awkward at first ("how do I program if I can't see anything?") but it means athletes trust you with what they choose to share. Read the privacy policy for the full data model.
The marketplace launches alongside the public app. To be in the launch cohort:
